Julie Toschlog is currently in her eighth year of directing the National Trail Band program.  Mrs. Toschlog directs the Fifth Grade Band, Sixth Grade Band, Middle School Concert Band, High School Concert Band, National Trail Marching Band, Basketball Band, NT Band Staffers and Jazz Band.  She also teaches Music History & Appreciation, along with High School Beginning Guitar.  

Mrs. Toschlog is a 1998 graduate of Fairbanks High School, a 2002 graduate of Miami University with a Bachelor's Degree in Instrumental Music Education, and a 2007 graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with a Master's Degree in Education.  While at Miami University, Mrs. T was named to the Dean's List and President's List for academic achievements.  She was a member of Kappa Kappa Psi, national honorary band fraternity for college band  members, served as section leader in the Miami University Marching Band, and performed in the Miami University Wind Ensemble.  As a member of the MU Basketball Band, Mrs. T was selected to perform in the group that travelled with the men's basketball team to New Orleans, Louisiana and St. Louis, Missouri for the 1999 NCAA Tournament when Miami reached the Sweet Sixteen round.  Mrs. Toschlog also performed with the MU Hockey Band.  Mrs. Toschlog played intra-mural ice hockey for four years on Big K and the PM All-Stars team, and was a member of the women's beginner league hockey team that won the 2000 Season Two league championship.    Mrs. Toschlog completed her student-teaching experience at Twin Valley South High School.  She has also been a member of the Sinclair Community Wind Ensemble and Eaton Community Band. 

Mrs. Toschlog resides in the National Trail School District with her husband and two children.
